Ongoing Church Activities…

• We have an active Choir that performs at Sunday services and also outside the church in a variety of locations. Choir practice is held every Tuesday evening at 5:30 p.m.

• Our United Methodist Women are involved in many ministries, such as selling Fair Trade coffee, collecting toiletries for the needy, and organizing many church events and special mission projects.

• Our Bible Study Group meets on Tuesdays at 4:00 p.m. Bible Study is an informal discussion group that meets in our Fellowship Hall at Spirit of Joy UMC. Topics range from The Lord’s Prayer to Half-Truths of the Bible (video series) to in-depth studies of the Biblical books and letters, and seasonal studies (Advent, Lent).
